An adaptive reuse case study.
Historic buildings across the world are being preserved, restored, rehabilitated for another use, and in some cases reconstructed. Adaptive reuse frequently accompanies these actions as many of these buildings will have new functions after redevelopment. The House of Vans, London is a great example of creative adaptive reuse.
Project Statement:
To perform research, using investigative and analytical methods to select an adaptive reuse building, reference multiple resources, develop a power point presentation, and orally present to the class in a professional manner.
