Creating an infill building on an empty corner lot along Alfred's Main Street.

Located in the Alfred Village Historic District, an empty lot used for nothing other than outdoor art sculptures lies vacant on one of Main Street’s largest corners. It used to be the home of the historic Molland Building, but after a fire that leveled it to the ground in 2009, the site has been awaiting an infill project for over 10 years.

Project Statement:

To create an infill building on this empty corner lot, that will not only restore dignity to the site, but will also bring new growth and vibrancy to the village of Alfred.
